Scan & Deliver Scan & Deliver is available to University card holders. You need to login using SSO to place a request.

Scan & Deliver In the Find & Request tab; select Scan & Deliver option to begin the ordering process

Step 1 of 5 Confirmation screen confirms i) £4.75 for each request; ii) only one chapter or article per request can be ordered; iii) material will be sent within 24 hours, not including weekends and university holidays

Step 2 of 5 Step 2 you need to indicate which section you require. At least 1 of the 4 options has to be completed.

Step 3 of 5 Step 3 requires copyright agreement – the copies must be used only for personal research.

Step 4 of 5 Step 4 offers an option for including an alternative email address for correspondence. If an address is including, all subsequent correspondence will be sent only to that address.

Step 5 of 5 Step 5 requires valid PCAS account details. Payment will only be taken once the Scan team have completed the job. There are options for setting up a PCAS account and to check your PCAS balance.

Scan & Deliver Once placed the item will be sent within 24hrs, not including weekends and University holidays. A link to a PDF of your completed scan will be sent - if there are any queries the Scan team will contact you directly by email.
