Change Framework What Must be Done Barriers Case For Change Current State Target State Good if we Do change: . Bad if we Do Not change: . What Must be Done If we DO change: The infrastructure of our organization’s key department will be transformed and equipped to become more fluid and efficient than ever before, thus remaining competitive for the future and cementing our place as the global leader in our industry today. If we DO NOT change: A lack of communication and alignment will increase inefficiency, frustration will rise, sales will continue to be lost, and in the end we stand to see our name brand no longer trusted and ultimately replaced by a competing market. Barriers
