Expectations – What Are WE Looking For? Be the hardest worker YOU can be. Never let anyone out work you. Be on time. Be a good student IN and OUT of the classroom. Come to practice ready to learn and compete. Abide by the Student Athlete Code of Conduct at ALL TIMES. Communicate with each other and coaches. “Yes Coach or No Coach”. Bond together and build relationships. Put the TEAM first. This is Varsity Lacrosse. All players will earn playing time. This includes effort in practice. Just because you are a Senior or Junior does not guarantee playing time or a spot in the game lineup. Depending on the number of players taken, some players may see limited playing time.
