12 Days of Fitness Challenge It’s the most wonderful time of the year! That’s right the holidays are here, which means food, family and friends. (Food- YUM) It is always important to remember to keep moving throughout the busy holiday season. On the other side of this paper is a calendar with our 12 day fitness challenge, each day try and do a different movement with a family member. Have a parent or guardian initial the date after you complete each one. When we return from break bring your challenge back to school and the class with the most signed and returned calendars will win a special treat! (All sets are suggestions, do what you can if you can do more that’s great!)
