Presentation transcript:

group students for the company roles How to….. group students for the company roles

Company roles in SimVenture Evolution Within the simulation students can adopt a specific role: CEO Organisation Director Operations Director Sales & Marketing Director R & D Director Financial Director. Students can work in pairs, threes or groups of 4-6. To develop teamwork skills taking one or more roles is beneficial to the students because they can reflect on the development of those skills in preparation for their CV and job interviews. Help for tutors: Print out the next slides and cut them up into pieces. Lay them on a table and ask the students to take the role they prefer and then network with other students to find other people to make up the roles in the company. This is a great way to build relationships with other students especially when the don’t know each other that well. Once formed into company groups they can then discuss their roles and responsibilities with the CEO taking the overarching role of leader for the company.
