Determining the Point Distributions to Determine School Grades

How Stanines Relate to School Grades Based on a normal curve—divided into 9 equal units Midpoint of 5 represent the average school performance Largest number of schools perform near the middle of the distribution, with progressively smaller numbers toward the ends
