The purpose of Speech is:

Communication To communicate those thoughts in ways that enhance and emphasize the thoughts

Don’t talk Christianese!

Remedying most communication both one-on-one and before a larger audience, can be as simple as getting off track.

Roadblocks to Communications 1. Not saying what you mean 2. the second roadblock to communicate comes when we take the first road block too far. there is a direct correlation between how much you value a person and the effectiveness of communication directed to that person.

Roadblocks to Communications Roadblock to good communication is a failure to recognize that communication involves far more than just words Fourth roadblock to good communication is being so concerned with yourself that you don’t pay attention to what is being said by the other person.
