Objective How can these capacities be integrated operationally to maximise quality, efficiency and accountability?

Objective The objective is humanitarian, to collaborate better to relieve suffering and save lives The discussion may consider integrating better operationally ensuring that integration exists at all times and not just following a disaster, for example in developing contingency plans reaching common understanding of joint operating procedures, guidance, how to approach reconstruction, and equipment
