Drive there… When visiting the site, investigate: Different heights at the ground (can the machines drive there?) Waterholes (do we need to empty it first?) Trees, bushes on the site? Old houses on the site? Ancient monuments? Rare animal spices? Soil density, contamination, former use of the ground? How to secure the area from public (safety/theft/secret)? Others things? A3 size showing information about: Safety on the site (A3 size) Organizations chart for project (A4 size) Construction site plan (A4 size) The poster should fit the contractors needs of information including safety. Usually explained in a list (and maybe with pictures). Organizations chart for project (A4 size) This chart explains who is in charge for the different parts of the project. Usually explained with a chart with names and phone numbers. Which safety rules are important, and what happen if not obeyed? If an accident happens, what to do then? Where to drive in and out of the site? Where are the internal roads? Directions for driving? Should walking and driving people be separated on the road? Transporting material on the site during workhours? Where do people eat food? How long is the distance from the project to the toilet/canteen/first aid? Where should the crane be? Where to put the materials for the building? Where to mix the concrete?
