Casa Colline Senesi is a gorgeous medieval villa with several rural outbuildings in the heart of Tuscany set in 403 hectares of land.

The master villa is 2086 m2 on three storeys and also comprises a de-consecrated church. It is still possible to breathe and live the atmosphere of the medieval feud and admire all the old buildings which gave life to the hamlet such as: the stables, the grower’s farmhouse, the cellar, the warehouses and storage's, the workers’ houses, the offices, the agricultural means garages and old tabaccaia.

The property is enormous and within the 403 hectares it is possible to find additional seven farmhouses, in fact the farm is like a real village.

The whole estate can be found and accessed very easily and because of the huge land surface it has the potential to accommodate a big golf course and resort.

Location The natural park with the centuries old trees is a real natural patrimony.
