Wiggio group - Brief user guide This Wiggio group is intended for people working on or close to Sustainability and Transformation Plans who would like resources and support to increase the clinical, social, environmental and financial sustainability in their STP. The landing page will show the feed The landing page will show the feed. This lists all activity in the group in chronological order, most recent first. If you are already a member of other Wiggio groups, the next time you log in you may need to make sure you choose the Sustainability for STPs group in the left hand bar.
Any member of the group can start a conversation Any member of the group can start a conversation. You can post files and links that might be of interest to the group. You can also pose questions, ask for advice or let the group know how things are going in your area.
So you don’t have to remember to log into Wiggio each day, you can receive notifications of any activity. The default setting is for every member to receive a summary email to the email address you logged in with, summarising the previous day’s activity. If there is no activity, you will not receive an email. You can change your settings by clicking “Notify me via Daily Summary”. You will not receive any spam or other marketing messages from Wiggio.
To access the collated resources, click the Folder link. If you get a blank screen, hover over “Group Folders“ and select “Sustainability for STPs”
The file structure is centrally curated The file structure is centrally curated. Order the resources alphabetically for the best experience, by clicking “Name”. Resources from the SDU and from elsewhere on the web will be added on a continuing basis. You can also add resources that you think colleagues will benefit from. You can link them to a post (see slide 3), or you can file them directly into the folder structure. Resources linked to posts appear at the bottom of the folder list. After 7 days, the administrator will file them into the appropriate folder. The same resources can be added to more than one folder if you think they apply to more than one topic.
For each resource, you can click directly on the link to load it in the viewer (or to link to it if it is somewhere else on the web). You can also click the cog on the right to download it or share it outside the group.
