Web conference: wrap up Use the EUPAN QC (Poland) as a pilot in terms of approach & collaboration Promote structural & sustainable collaboration & Troika role Connected to the EUPAN objectives (DGs) Go for broader approach Create value for all MS More regular activities such as webinars

Proposal Collaboration : on a voluntary basis, countries participate in preparation of each conference by: assuring a content input, including looking for speakers, case presenters, facilitators etc. (providing participants and taking care of paying their transport and accommodation fees as well as participation fee if any occurs). Workgroup to work under Troika leadership Troika : the relevant Troika to coordinate the next QC preparation & « in between activities » within and/or outside EUPAN Content : themes to be defined during the DG meetings & in line with Troika Presidencies expectations. Content will be at least : Best Practices, Innovation (the most interesting cases of innovative administrations), Economy and Efficiency (Doing more with less) Funding: one of the upcoming presidencies will apply for the ESF funding in the framework of international project (Poland, Denmark, Cyprus, Ireland, Lituania) common efforts for finding a sponsor/s for the next event (to be done by troika countries) the organization of the conference should not be over any country financial ability Participation: charging participants with the fee to cover the costs exceeding the ESF Sustainability & Integrated approach: every 2 years + 2 or 3 webinars, to maintain EU calendar to avoid (eg. to organize alternately QC (even years) and EPSA (uneven years))
