Health Tax Field Changes English and French Descriptions were also added to each of the Health Tax Grids.

Worker’s Compensation Board Field Changes English and French Descriptions were added to the various Worker’s Compensation Board fields. The “Add Another” functionality was also introduced here as well to allow saving of multiple accounts at one time.

Labor Costing Changes There is now added functionality to Export the Standard Labor Cost Report information to Service@work. Once Labor Costing is activated, the Standard Labor Cost Reports, Accounting Periods and Custom Labels also become active.

Pension Payroll Changes The NR Income list, once selected, is arranged alphabetically and by code. It appears on the Earnings Details page in the Pension Payroll company.

Pension Payroll Changes The ability to import was added as a functionality to the Federal/Provincial Tax section. You can browse from existing files, and once the import is successful it replaces previous information completely and displays a success message.

Payroll Summary Report Changes The Payroll Summary Report which can be accessed by the following page, has been updated to include all of the enhancements made to the Health Tax and WCB fields.

Changes to Company Settings Company Settings page in Practitioner Login (Set up > Payroll > Company Settings) has been enhanced to accommodate the Pension Payroll Settings. The Pension Payroll Indicator is read only and users will not be able to change them. Pension Payroll settings is unchecked for Regular Payroll companies and it is checked for Pension Payroll companies.

Changes to Direct Deposit The Direct Deposit page will have this message for Non Resident Workers and Non Resident Pensioners. The message is applicable when the user is logged in as a Practitioner or ESS User.

Changes to Tax Withholdings The Tax Withholdings page will have this message for Non Resident Pensioners.
