Landscaping encroaching on sidewalks and visibility on corners: $50.00 fine renews monthly. After three months, work to be completed by professional landscape company and billed back to owner. Board will use the city standards for corner lots and will create a standard regarding lawns, shrubs, and overgrown flower beds. Lawn, shrubs, flowerbeds do not meet community standards: $50.00 fine renews monthly. After three months, work to be completed by professional landscape company and billed back to owner.
