NUTRITIONAL Care for the Renal Patient Chronic Kidney Disease Stages 1-5 Presenter: Nancy Wise, MS, RD, LD/N Nancy earned her M.S. in Clinical Dietetics at the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pa and her B.S. Dietetics from the University of Dayton, Dayton, OH. Nancy’s specialty is renal nutrition and she is a Medicare MNT Provider for CKD and Diabetes. Currently Nancy works at Da Vita in Ormond Beach, where over the last 16 years she has developed a wealth of experience as a renal dietitian. Throughout her career, Nancy has taught numerous therapeutic (renal) nutrition classes and in-services, has been a guest lecturer at academic institutions, and has served as a Florida delegate to the National Kidney Foundation.
