This short presentation targets primarily the Professionals who are OIC Member Contractors and have purchased the OIC Basic Annual Membership Package; however, any new Oracle User can use this presentation to setup their account for “My Oracle Support” for the their own company. xc NOTE: OIC is an Oracle Gold Partner we have access to all tools and resources provided by My Oracle Support EXCEPT the capability to create Service Requests (SRs). The Key Actor in this presentation is the Oracle Professional, which includes employees of the end user, employees of Oracle Partners and other Oracle Consulting Firms and Independent Oracle Professional Contractors. Illustrate Registration Process The following screens walk you through the “Registration Process” in which you essentially complete the application for Access to the account for My Oracle Support. Create a New Account (Step 2) 2/24/2019 Create a New Account (Step 2) Create a New Account There is more than one way to navigate to the “Profile” Page. For Example, you could click on “Create a new Account” field, which is located on the upper left hand corner of this screen. In our example, we simply clicked on the hyperlink for Register Here shown on the previous slide. If this is the first time that you created an account for My Oracle Support, you log in will fail when you click on the “Confirm” Button. The system does not recognize your credentials and will simply open the Profile page. If have a single sign-on username that you currently use for Oracle, simply enter that user name and password and click the Confirm button.
