Assessment Report Gives a breakdown of class performance by standard/skill Drill Down Drilling down here will give you more information about the standard/skill and even show you test questions related to it. Drilling down on the percentages will show you which students are in that category. Drill Down

Item Analysis Report Lists specific questions for each standard/skill and shows which answers students selected. Drill Down Drilling down here will show you what that answer choice was as well as which students selected it.

Preparing for Testing Day(s) Before Right Before Tell students about the test (date/time, format, purpose, etc.) Explain what a good score would be and set goals for the end of the year Right Before Pass out student usernames and passwords to save time in lab Give them a pep talk about the test’s importance Have CLEAR procedures for testing (how to enter lab, where to sit, when to enter address, etc.)

Preparing for Testing After During Circulate room, helping when needed and watching wandering eyes when needed (might even have students start on different questions) After Record student scores when they’re done (reports don’t show for up to 24 hours) HAVE SOMETHING FOR THEM TO DO Have a mini-conference with students about scores (what it means, where they go from there) Celebrate class performance and set goals for future testing
