Focus is on audio today, with an eye on video and other content.

Necessary to fulfill consumer expectation of music anywhere and anytime. Required for content management standards and delivery services to have mass acceptance.

Solutions must not be dependent on any particular physical interface. Solutions must be able to support exchange of Content Usage Rules (to be defined).
