The crisis and collective bargaining Profound crisis in 2009; rapid increase bankruptcies; rise in unemployment; increased uncertainty. Enterprises face decline demand, tightening of credit. Workers face rising unemployment and downward pressure on wages. Role collective bargaining? Saving jobs? Maintaining incomes?
