FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENT (FWA) WHY FWA? To improve work productivity by giving employee flexibility should it help the employee to stay focus and complete specific task or assignment To practise green lifestyle where each week eligible employee can work from home and need not to travel to office hence reducing carbon footprint To provide flexibility to employee in achieving better work-life balance To reduce absenteeism and tardiness rates. FWA #1: 1 Day/Week Working Out Of The Office i. Duration Effective date – 12th September 2016 Once a week (subject to Head of Group approval) ii. Eligibility – Selection shall based on the following characteristics:- Excellent tardiness record Good past performance appraisals demonstrating the ability to meet job expectations Able to work independently without constant supervision from his/her supervisor Strong self-discipline and good time management Well-equipped home office/ location that is safe and has minimal distraction Effective in conveying information to the company and stakeholders/customer Employees have to be connected and contactable at all times during business hours Applicable to full-time employee 24/02/2019 Confidential

Applicant to apply via E-leave portal HOW TO APPLY? 1) FWA eligibility 2) FWA application Applicant to fill up FWA form HOD recommend HP check & verify Head of Green Community to approve HP to inform the status to applicant Applicant to apply via E-leave portal HOD to approve Term and conditions Application of FWA must be done in advance before the FWA date. Staff must ensure that his/ her FWA application is approved by HOD before taking FWA otherwise, the FWA will not be counted. Staff must email the HOD the day before and list the task he / she need to complete while on FWA c.c. to HP. By 9 pm on the day, staff need to email report to HOD on the task outcome c.c. to HP. 24/02/2019 Confidential

FWA #2: PILOT 3-Day Weekends (Compressed Work Week) WHAT is CWW? An arrangement of work hours that permits employee to fulfil their work obligation in fewer days than the typical 5 days or 6 days work week. For compressed workweek, the length of workday will be increased to 10 hours per day. Duration Effective date: 12th September 2016 Employees must work 10 hours per day for 4 days (Mon – Thurs.). Weekend = Fri till Sun. Work hours ( 7.30 a.m. / 8 a.m. / 8.30 a.m. / 9 a.m. till 6.30 p.m. / 7 p.m. / 7.30 p.m. / 8 p.m. ) Eligibility – Selection shall based on the following characteristics:- Good past performance appraisals demonstrating the ability to meet job expectations Strong self-discipline and good time management Employees have to be connected and contactable at all times during business hours Applicable to full-time employee excluding GT crew 24/02/2019 Confidential

HOW TO APPLY? Applicant to fill up CWW form HOD recommend HP check & verify Head of Green Community to approve HP to inform the status to applicant Term and conditions Staff must ensure that his/ her CWW application is approved by HOD otherwise, it will not be counted. FWA #3: NO CLOCK IN, CLOCK OUT WHAT is NO CLOCK IN, CLOCK OUT? An arrangement to enable employee to come to work without time attendance tracking However, employee is to adhere to attend Morning Talk every Monday to Thursday Duration Effective date : 12th September 2016 ii. Eligibility – Selection shall based on the following characteristics:- Applicable to full-time employee grade E and above only Strong self-discipline and good time management Deadline-driven Effective in conveying information to the company and stakeholders/clients 24/02/2019 Confidential

HOW TO APPLY? Applicant to fill up the application form HOD recommend HP check & verify Head of Green Community to approve HP to inform the status to applicant Term and conditions Staff must ensure that his/ her application is approved by HOD before taking FWA otherwise, it will not be counted. 24/02/2019 Confidential

STAGGERED HOUR TIME : Staff need to complete at least 8 hours per day STAGGERED HOUR TIME : Staff need to complete at least 8 hours per day. There are no fixed staggered hours as practice before. If you come at 8.05 am or 8.15 or 8.25, take the next staggered which is 8.30 a.m. The working hours are based on staggered hour, staff can choose any staggered hour every day. The following are staggered hour time : Displinary action will be taken to those who clock in after 9 am.
