BRCKO DISTRICT 136 miliona KM 4.5 % $ Fondovi 5.9% 3.5% R S 400,000 6% 14.5% 5.5% BD has a specific situation compared to the other two entities because it does not contribute to the state budget and debt repayment. Its budget amounts to 136 million KM for 2002 and the main resources are taxes, customs, electric power distribution , excise from trade with other countries and the BiH entities. BD receive some money from he RS budget especially for youth and science and culture (400,000 KM). The main expenditures are utilities (22 million KM), health and public services (22 million KM) and education (around 20 million KM) and 8 million for the police.
