LIMITED COLLECTOR’S EDITION presents CAPTAIN MOVE YO’ BODY Randolph County Kim Buckman

There’s nothing to do…I guess we could go home and watch TV. THE PROBLEM SCHOOL WAS OUT AND STUDENTS WANTED TO BE ACTIVE… THEY KNEW THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO GO HOME AND LOCK THE DOOR UNTIL MOM OR DAD GOT BACK BUT HOW COULD THEY KEEP BUSY???!!!??? There’s nothing to do…I guess we could go home and watch TV.

Ha ha! Good luck finding any free programs to keep you active. THE VILLIAN Ha ha! Good luck finding any free programs to keep you active. MR. LAZY BONES was excited to see there was no child’s play involved in the afterschool hours. He knew most buildings were occupied, there was no public transportation and no one could afford qualified staff to keep those children busy. OH NO! TOO MANY OBSTACLES! POW!

THE HERO KA BOOM! Kids need 60 min. of physical activity a day Surely, there is somewhere and someone that can help keep these kids active. CAPTAIN MOVE YO’ BODY KNEW THE BENEFITS OF KIDS STAYING ACTIVE AFTER SCHOOL KA BOOM! Kids need 60 min. of physical activity a day

We can keep the kids at school! THE BATTLE Captain Afterschool struck out several times before finding the most simple and obvious solution… Mr. Lazy Bones thought even if the school let the students stay…they would never find the volunteers to help with such a program. However, Captain Afterschool quickly “schooled” him in a little thing called “Career Ladder.” We can keep the kids at school! WHAM!

We got our 60 minutes of physical activity and a snack! THE VICTORY With a dedicated staff of teachers and volunteers Mr. Lazy Bones never stood a chance Thanks to some quick thinking, volunteers, and a little elbow grease, over 100 kids were now able to stay active in a safe location with responsible staff. No lazy bones here. YEAH! We got our 60 minutes of physical activity and a snack!
