Figure 2 (A and B) An oligolocular cystic lesion, 23 mm in diameter and 7.85 mL in estimated volume, was observed in the pancreatic tail. (C) Cyst volume decreased to 0.14 mL at the 6-month follow-up evaluation. (D) Size regrowth was observed at the 12-month follow-up evaluation. (E) The resected specimen showed variable degrees of histopathologic ablation in the cyst epithelial linings of mucinous cystadenoma with an ovarian-like stroma; epithelial lining were denuded and replaced by secondary fibrosis (d), were atrophied (A), or were mucinous (M).
