The location of the service will be agreed as part of the phase 2 reorganisation. * Family facing staff in the Short Breaks Service will join the Children’s Disabled Team, commissioning and contracting staff will stay in the Inclusion Service. The exact details of this arrangement will be finalised as part of the phase 2 reorganisation.
