Figure 4 Observational studies on multiple treatment strategies Figure 4 | Observational studies on multiple treatment strategies. At least four analyses of observational data on treatment of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and multivessel (MV) disease compared multiple treatment strategies. Adjusted risks were derived from multivariate models with different treatment strategies as the reference. Short-term and/or long-term risks of death and/or major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) are shown as provided by each study. CO, culprit vessel only; PCI, percutaneous coronary intervention. Two studies not providing adjusted outcomes are not shown (Mohamad et al.34 and Hannan et al.38). One study taking single-vessel disease as a reference is not shown (Jensen et al.39).
