Grading Individual Shell Eggs Objective: Students will be able to identify defects in shell eggs. Directions: There are twenty-one eggs in this presentation for students to evaluate. This exercise prepares students for the Poultry CDE sections on placing cartons of eggs and identifying defects in shell eggs. In this training exercise, each egg has only one defect.
