Mrs. Marshalls News Sept. 24th- 28th IMPORTANT DATES Weekly Focus ELAR: We will be completing the ABC Boot Camp with letter Yy and Zz. Then we will begin our Saxxon Phonics Lessons. We will start with letter L. We will also continue writing our name the school way. We will be working on compound words, and continue with rhyming.   IMPORTANT DATES Math: We will be identifying and ordering numerals 1-5. Identifying the missing number. Identify fewest/greatest. Position of an object such as over/under etc. Match objects to correct number. Example three teddy bears to the number 3. Sept. 24th- Popcorn fundraiser starts Sept. 25th- Library day Sept. 27th- Fall pictures for the yearbook Science: We will learn about Johnny Appleseed, make applesauce. Discuss the senses of taste, see, and smell. Please continue reading with your child every night. We will continue to read with them at school. They will begin earning incentives for reading and having their papers signed and returned. Thank you to all the friends that have brought snacks to share with the class!!
