Praying through the Heart of the Year for the Soul of Our Nation

Prayer Focus Week 4: May 23 - 29 A restoration of morality, ethical foundations, and accountability among leaders of church and government, business and politics (Culture)

1. Pray that government and church leaders will be awakened to the need to abide by biblical standards of morality and ethics. National Day of Prayer Emphasis (Sunday) Pray for our government.

2. Pray that leaders will be accountable first to God, and then to others in authority over them as well as to those they lead and serve. National Day of Prayer Emphasis (Monday) Pray for our military.

3. Pray that the moral decline will be reversed as the Holy Spirit convinces the world of sin and righteousness. National Day of Prayer Emphasis (Tuesday) Pray for our media.

4. Pray that the hearts and minds of leaders at all levels will be guarded. National Day of Prayer Emphasis (Wednesday) Pray for our businesses.

5. Pray that leaders in the church will exert a strong, positive influence for righteousness in the culture. National Day of Prayer Emphasis (Thursday) Pray for our schools.

6. Pray for a renewal of righteous standards in our culture. National Day of Prayer Emphasis (Friday) Pray for our churches.

7. Pray that godly leaders in the marketplace will demonstrate adherence to biblical values. National Day of Prayer Emphasis (Saturday) Pray for our families.
