Procedure Obtain one piece of 2-4 different brands of gum from me. You will need to do this each time you weigh your gum Place your piece of unwrapped gum on the wrapper and record the mass in the data table (include units). Remove the gum and wrapper from the balance. Place gum in your mouth and chew for TWO minutes

Things to keep in mind!! DO NOT create your table first. You will run out of time. Take your first mass, then chew, then create your table I recommend staggering when you start chewing to every 30 seconds. That way everybody isn’t trying to use the scale at the same time Each time you weigh it, use the same wrapper Use timers on your phones. Focus on getting data for YOUR gum first, then you can copy down the data from others If you don’t want to chew gum, you don’t have to Please, Please, Please, be careful not to get gum everywhere.
