Why StoneTree™? Texture on both sides of the wall Proprietary Combo-Cast™ technology – wall & column in one piece Patented Rigid Footing Support means faster installation Safer to install (no bracing or grouting) Safer and stronger walls Ease of repair

Combo-Cast™ Technology BOTH column and panel integrated as one unit. EFFICIENCY in Installation time and labor. SAFER product handling for shipping and installation – no temporary bracing necessary. (Not to scale)

Applications Precast Stone Walls Decorative Concrete Fences Sound Barrier Walls Perimeter Walls Security Walls Custom Architectural Walls Retaining Walls Decorative Concrete Columns And many more!

Installation StoneTree™ Fence Walls are installed in complete wall sections on AFTEC’s patented Rigid Footing Support system with I-beams. Conventional precast concrete wall sections and columns are installed separately on footings with only rebar support.

Installation The standard footing spacing is 15 ft. on center. A rigid structural support is embedded into the footing and protrudes up at least half of the height of the wall. Designed for all applicable engineering requirements including wind load, soil and seismic conditions.

Benefits of the Rigid Support System: Installation Benefits of the Rigid Support System: NO BRACING OR SHORING during installation, which all other concrete fences require. This provides the safest environment and results in the most stable method of installing a precast concrete fence-wall. NO GROUTING of columns and/or footings. In other systems this cannot take place until after the fence columns are set in place, which creates an unstable condition until the grout has cured. STONETREE™ footings are poured and cured prior to the installation of wall sections and no grouting is required.

Installation Panels are delivered to the fence line and lifted from the truck with a forklift.

Installation The wall section is set in the fence line…

Installation …is placed against the steel I-beam, interlocks with the panel already in place…

Installation …is checked for level…

Installation …the rigging is removed and the wall section is done! No bracing or shoring!

Installation Caps are seated on the columns...

Installation …and color and sealer are applied to complete the installation.
