Who might need the highest energy intake from food?

What do the food labels tell you? Put the food labels in order of energy content per 100g Write down the sequence or stick them in your book

How much energy in a crisp? Set up your equipment Make sure you are safe before you start Weigh the crisp Add 20ml of water in to a boiling tube Take the temperature of the water Burn the crisp under the water Take the temperature at the end Work out the increase in temperature
