Mrs. Green’s 4th Grade Newsletter Oct. 19, 2018 Next Week’s Schedule 913-563-5345 kgreen@gsshawnee.org Oct. 19, 2018 Next Week’s Schedule Monday: Return report card envelope Tuesday: Wednesday: Reading Test, mass (parent teacher conferences in the evening) Thursday: NO SCHOOL (parent teacher conferences) Friday: NO SCHOOL Next Week’s Subjects Spelling: NO SPELLING Religion: Saints Math: Chpt.4 Science: Animal Systems Reading: Essential Question – How can animals change familiar stories? Genre –Drama Social Studies: Economics Language Arts: saint speeches Saints: On Nov. 1st we will have our All Saint’s Day Mass, the kids come to school that day dressed as their saint. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for a costume! The posters are due this Wednesday! The children have completed their saint speeches and they should be practicing saying their speeches every night! They do not have to memorize these; however, they should have practiced them so many times that they are practically memorized. I will pass out mass parts on Monday.
