Answering an Activity Card Tap the Activity Card icon to quickly complete, submit, and view a previous activity report
Selecting the Client Find and select the account you would like to submit an activity for Search accounts by name or use the alphabetical navigation on the side
Selecting the Activity Card Select the activity card you wish to answer Your company may have one or many activity cards to choose from
Entering a New Activity Card You have the option of entering a new activity card, or viewing past activity cards for quicker submission To submit a New Activity Card select ‘New Activity’
Answering the Activity Card Select the answer that best corresponds to your activity Once an answer is selected, the next question will appear
Reviewing Activity Card Once all the questions are answered a summary of your selections is displayed If you would like to change an answer, use the ‘Back’ button to make the appropriate changes Select ‘Send’ to have your activity card submitted
Submitting Activity Card When submitted you will be greeted with a ‘Success’ message
Updating an Activity Card You can view an activity card you entered in the past for quicker submission Select the activity card from the list of Past Activity that mirrors your most recent visit
Updating an Activity Card Select the question you would like to update Make the desired changes Select ‘Save’ To be directed back to the summary page for submission
Updating an Activity Card Breakdown After you have made a desired update to a question you have the option to select: The ‘’SAVE” button saves any changes and goes to the summary page The “BACK” button goes to the previous question but does not save an update The “NEXT” button goes to the next question in sequence and saves updated selections
Reviewing Activity Card You can review all of your selections from the summary page Select ‘Submit’ to have your activity card sent into the server
Submitting Activity Card When submitted you will be greeted with a ‘Success’ message
