English Name ________________________ Characterization Date: ___________________ DIRECTIONS: Answer all questions as they pertain to the assigned character from on of the short stories. If you see (Q) that means you must provide at least 1 quote. What are the character’s most important thoughts? (Q) What is said about him/her? (Q) What are the character’s most important feelings? (Q) What is the most important or memorable thing he/she has said? (Q) What’s this character like when he/she steps out of the story? What changed him/her? What’s this character like when he/she steps into the story? What’s your protagonist’s name? Gender? Age? Social status? DIRECTIONS: Please draw hair, eyes, nose, mouth and clothing on the character. You can also add shoes, nail polish, sports equipment, etc. Be ready to defend all added details. They must match up with the character’s personality, role and experiences.
