Water Board Comments Efficiency: Where did the perception come from that there are inefficiencies in the permitting process? Water Board’s LTMS Goals Work towards expediting dredging in the Delta while: Decreasing the risks of dredging projects on water quality; and Decreasing the uncertainties of the risks of dredging projects.
