MLK QUOTE “Peace. Violence must not come from any of us. We will have walked in vain. Our way must never be to defeat or humiliate the white man but to win his friendship and understanding. We must come to see that the end we seek is a society that can live with its conscience, is a society at peace with itself.”

After many bombings, Dr. King asks the black community not to respond with violence. What connection do you see between this philosophy and what we are trying to accomplish at TMS? What does that mean you have to do as a student that might be challenge?
