What training will be for Navigators? There will be annually required training that MaineHousing will track and certify that navigators have completed. Training modules that will be completed include: Annual Navigator Training Module, Annual VI-SPDAT Training Module, Annual Housing Stability with ESHAP Client Module

Additional Trainings Available to Navigators Annual Stability Through Engagement Program and Tenant Based Rental Assistance (STEP/TBRA) 101 Module Annual STEP/TBRA Briefing Instructional Module Annual STEP/TBRA Landlord Packet Instructional Module Fair Housing 101

Getting Access to Trainings To get access to trainings navigators will fill out a Training Access Form. Forms should be sent to HIAcademy@mainehousing.org
