Academic Plan Goal 1 Student Success All DOE students demonstrate they are on a path toward success in college, career and citizenship. Academic Plan Goal 2 Staff Success The DOE has a high-performing culture where employees have the training, support, and professional development to contribute effectively to student success. Strategy 4: Educator Effectiveness Systems Implement EES and use results to support teachers. Strategy 5: Induction and Mentoring Increase educator effectiveness by providing continuing supports. Strategy 6: Highly Qualified Teachers Provide targeted supports for NHQT to become HQT.
