Wildland Fire Situation Analysis WFSA

WFSA USDA Forest Service policy on fire management specifies that for all wildland fires not effectively suppressed by initial attack efforts, the responsible line officer is mandated to organize and implement a suppression strategy based on a Wildland Fire Situation Analysis (WFSA), more traditionally referred to as an Escaped Fire Situation Analysis or "EFSA".
