Tenements Tenements  urban multi-unit dwellings; In the late 19th/early 20th centuries they were usually four to eight stories that were often plagued by unsafe & unsanitary conditions Directions: Analyze the following photographs & documents. Identify and describe conditions and problems residents of the inner cities faced.
