Updating or Cancelling an Advising Appointment Student Success Collaborative Campus Updating or Cancelling an Advising Appointment When a scheduled appointment needs to be cancelled or updated due to advisor or counselor schedule, you may follow the directions below. From the advisor home page, click into ‘Upcoming Appointments’ tab. Find the appointment you’d like to file an advising report for by clicking the ‘Details’ link . Figure 1: SSC-Campus Advisor Home Screen: Upcoming Appointments After selecting the details, the ‘Manage Appointments’ screen will appear. From here, you may cancel the appointment or edit the time. If you cancel the appointment, we recommend you direct the student in the comments box to find an updated time to reschedule. Figure 2: SSC-Campus Advisor Manage Appointment If you choose to edit the appointment, the Campus platform will take you through the appointment scheduling workflow to find a time that works for both you and the student. Once you find a time, click ‘Save Appointment’ The student’s appointment will be updated in Navigate. Figure 3: Appointment Scheduling Workflow
