1. A, ab, abs: Away or from (Latin)

absent – not present avert – to turn away; to ward off or prevent

Latin 2. able = ability to

capable- the ability to take hold of a specific task pliable- flexible

3. equi=equal Latin

4. auto = self Greek

Automatic – operating with little human direction Autopilot – a device that flies a plane by itself
