For the next few minutes think about YOU!! If not a caregiver then focus on that person (their perspective)

My Journey as a Caregiver Child caregiver Parent caregiver Spousal caregiver Different Points of Reference But All need a break !!!!!!! Or works for the caregiver

because we are all different and you need to find the respite A few quick ideas to think about because we are all different and you need to find the respite that works for Y-O-U

Redefine Normal

Find a Cheerleader Someone you can vent to Support Groups – Disease Specific Support Groups – Well Spouse Association or other Caregiving Orgs Support through other social media (i.e. face book)

Journaling ? You can release those feelings you are afraid to admit to others – sometimes your best sounding board can be you
