Proposal to 802.15.3a Deadlocked since July 2003. Bad press/name for UWB, IEEE Wasting work, time and $, €, £, ¥, etc. Propose to split the TG3a into two: TG3a and TG3d(?); OFDM and DS respectively. We have 2 chairs (Lansford, Razor), 2 sets of voluminous contributions, enough to produce at least two standards. Both groups must agree to stop blocking each other.
