Sources of light worksheet (on the back of this newsletter  ) Friday Homework Due Writing: Narrative Paragraph Students will complete a narrative paragraph on the story “Stellaluna.” Recalling events in order of beginning, middle, and end. From Teacher’s Desk the In the upcoming weeks, students will learn what light is and how it works. I encourage you to discuss the vocabulary depicted on the “word mat”(underneath homework on this page) . For example, you might lower the lights in your house and tell your child that you are dimming the lights. Please take advantage of the daily teachable moments to reinforce science vocabulary.
