Pennant Metaphor Project Transfer your poem to Word. Decide on a readable font and appropriate font size (not too big, not too small…think Goldilocks) Print poem and cut out You may also write out your poem by hand if you like that way better. Make it neat! Place your poem on your pennant. Decorate the rest of the Pennant in a creative way. It should represent you in some way (if you’re into soccer, make a soccer ball border, etc…) Use all your available space so it looks cool. Try not to hang heavy things off the pennant and please, please, please avoid glitter, the root of all evil messes. Other than that, go for it. Colored pencils are recommended over markers. Include a picture of yourself and your name in BOLD and Big Enough to See somewhere on the pennant.
