Welcome to Science (1/30) Please have a seat and take out the following: Your Reproduction Quiz Study Guide Today’s Objective: Take a look at some structures of flowers to determine which pollinators would be used to transfer the pollen and then cross pollinate our fast plants. Due Dates: Reproduction Quiz Wed. Jan 31st

Most Helpful to Less Helpful Possible Tools for Quiz Prep -Prepare for Wednesday’s Quiz -Study Guide (Yours and Class Set) -Articles in Book (Building Your Knowledge) -BrainPOP Videos (Listed on the Study Guide) -Website Resources (PowerPoints and Links) -Other Strategies (Flash Cards, Quizzing Each Other, Videos on the Network, Drawing Diagrams, Playing Games from Lessons, etc.) Most Helpful to Less Helpful

Order of Activities: Make sure your divider is labeled the same for each of your four flowers. (If not, switch the dividers so both visible labels are the same.) Use the wooden sticks to cross pollinate “Pollinated A” with “Pollinated B”. DO NOT TOUCH the “Non Pollinated A” and the Non Pollinated B”. Fill your reservoir with water if you need to. Tape your divider to your planter (smaller bin with soil). Clean up your fast plant grow system. Continue working on the Quiz Prep Activities.
