For Example Rikki-Tikki-Tavi Rikki is a fast, strong, spunky, young mongoose currently residing with Teddy and his family in the British colonies of India. Besides Teddy and his parents, Rikki’s other friends include Darzee (the tailorbird) and Chuchundra (the muskrat). Although his mortal enemies are cobra snakes, he has courageously killed all in his area as he is a brave warrior. His main occupation is to protect Teddy and his family as they saved him from a high summer flood and near death.
