Times Tables will be a mixture of all tables. Don’t forget we are also going to be having daily times tables test so remember, practice, practice, practice. Willow Class Newsletter 23rd March 2018 rkershaw@strikelane.lancs.sch.uk Diary Dates February W/B 19th March- ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ Themed week. 26th March DVD morning 27th March Eisteddfod 28th March 2:30pm Easter service/ Finish for Easter LETTER JOIN User name: strikelane_4 Account password: Willow For you homework for this week, I would like you to write a short story using the photograph underneath for inspiration. I want you to write it in the 3rd person and write about this boy and his adventures, all beginning with him peering through the fence… We have been doing these small, big writes everyday this week so you all know what I expect. Have fun. Be imaginative. A STORY STARTER from Pobble365.com Comprehension Challenge Please read though the attached comprehension paper and complete the questions attached. Don’t forget, when the question asks you to explain as fully as you can, a one word answer won’t be enough. Try and answer as fully as you can. Using Point and Evidence. Groovy Grammar Challenge Can you write some super sentences with super sentence openers? Standing close to the wooden fence, the boy peered through the gap. Clutching his camera tightly in his right hand, the boy was curious to find out what that the strange noise was. Spellodrome Please log in to Spellodrome to complete your weekly tasks.
