2018 Joint CIG Dissemination Event Moving from Data to Services: Using MSIX and Other Data to Support Students Thursday, September 20, 2018, 1:45-3:15 pm, Salon G 2018 Joint CIG Dissemination Event

Today’s Objective Participants attending this session will have an opportunity to work through scenarios using sample students' MSIX enrollment and course information. Scenarios will also include information on out-of-school youth. You will assess each student's instructional needs and discuss the various resources available to meet those needs. Receive MSIX training on sending a move notification and/or enrollment comments to a student's next school.

MSIX Student Consolidated Record Consolidated Student Record View: Displays the most recent student information. This view can be used to verify the identity of the student for whom you are searching. It provides the ability to flag a record for the merge and split processes. This view also provides the ability to send an e-mail notification upon a student’s arrival or departure. This is the default view when you initially view a Student Record.
